Paula Patton

Paula Patton was born in Los Angeles to a middle-class family. While a young girl she was a dreamer. Her most well-known films include the crime thriller Precious along with Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol. As a young girl her mother raised her in the Los Angeles middle-class household. Her parents were a loving mother, who was a fan of films. Paula participated in co-curricular classes at her school and enjoyed drama. She enjoyed acting in stage shows with her classmates. Acting in a variety of productions at her high school Hamilton Magnet Arts High School and then decided to pursue acting as a career. She enrolled at The University of Southern California in a summer program and thoroughly delighted in her stay. The program gave her a three month assignment to make documentary for PBS. After completing the assignment, she began being an assistant producer for TV documentaries. Then she moved on to producing documentaries. Though she loved her job, she longed to be an actor. For the romance comedy Hitch she had a tiny part alongside Will Smith. In the years since, she has been in numerous popular films and television shows.
